Acceptance of terms
By requesting or using DevSpot services, you agree to these terms and to the specific scope agreed for your work.
Services and scope
DevSpot provides software quality assurance and testing services. Testing is intended to identify and document issues; it does not guarantee a bug-free product. Services not included in an agreed scope are not implied.
Client responsibilities
You provide appropriate access, accurate requirements, test accounts, and authorization to test the systems in scope. You are responsible for ensuring your team has authority to provide that access.
Environments and authorization
Testing is performed in agreed environments. We do not test production systems without your written consent.
Confidentiality and data
We treat information shared for the engagement as confidential. A separate NDA can be discussed when needed. We use supplied data only to deliver the agreed work and handle it under our Privacy Policy.
Packages and payment
Pricing, payment timing, deliverables, and scope are agreed before work begins. Fixed-price packages apply to the defined scope and do not include unlisted work.
Cancellation and retesting
There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plan cancellation, included revisions, and retest cycles follow the terms agreed for the selected plan.
Turnaround
Any turnaround estimate depends on scope, access, and timely client feedback. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your product. Deliverables created for the engagement are licensed to you for use with your product. Digital templates are licensed for your own internal use and may not be resold.
Liability and disclaimers
Services are provided to the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, DevSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of findings or deliverables. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination and changes
Either party may end an engagement according to its agreed scope and payment terms. We may update these terms; the current version applies to new engagements.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: muhammad.ali.abbasi.dev@gmail.com.
