Checkout button does nothing on Safari

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add any product to the cart.
  2. Open the cart and tap Checkout.
  3. Observe that the payment form does not appear.

Expected result

The payment form opens so the user can continue checkout.

Actual result

Nothing happens after the checkout button is tapped. The cart remains visible and there is no error message.
