Fixed-price packages
If work has not started, contact us promptly to discuss cancelling and any refund due under the agreed scope. Once work has begun, fees may reflect work completed and committed time.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled without a long-term commitment. Cancellation timing and any current billing period are confirmed in your plan terms.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or where a file is not accessible and we cannot resolve the issue.
